Licensed contractors and homeowners can apply online for residential projects, including, but not limited to:

• Siding, Fascia and Soffits

• New Home
• Addition
• Retaining Walls

Paper/Mailed Application

• Residential Building Permit Application
• Roofing, Siding, Soffit & Fascia, Windows/Doors Permit
• Grading Permit Application

Permits must be obtained before every project.

  • Smoke alarms need to be installed in every sleeping area/bedroom and on every level of your home. Carbon monoxide detectors need to be installed on every floor of the home and within 10 feet of sleeping areas/bedrooms.
