- A licensed contractor

Licensed contractors and homeowners can apply online for residential projects, including, but not limited to:

- Deck
- New Home
- Addition
- Retaining Walls
Paper/Mailed Application
- Residential Building Permit Application
- Roofing, Siding, Soffit & Fascia, Windows/Doors Permit
- Grading Permit Application
Permits must be obtained before every project.
Additional Requirements
- Permits that need a plan review such as a deck, basement finish, remodel or addition will need to go through the review process

- Smoke alarms need to be installed in every sleeping area/bedroom and on every level of your home. Carbon monoxide detectors need to be installed on every floor of the home and within 10 feet of sleeping areas/bedrooms.
