4. The Burnsville community continues to mourn the loss of Police Officers Paul Elmstrand and Matthew Ruge and Firefighter/Paramedic Adam Finseth, who died in the line of duty on Sunday, Feb. 18. 

   We are deeply appreciative of the outpouring of support received from far and wide for our community. In an effort to provide situational awareness of commemorative events, we offer this form as a way for supporters to notify us of planned events or activities. This form is not intended to serve as official registration or approval with the City of Burnsville. The City will have discretion over events communicated by our channels.
