City Council will host a public hearing on the proposed 2024 budget and property tax levy on Tuesday, Nov. 28, in the Council Chambers, 100 Civic Center Pkwy at 6 p.m., followed by adoption of the property tax levy, budget and Capital Improvement Plan.
