Renewal

Permits must be obtained before every project

Additional Requirements

• Permits that need a plan review such as a deck, basement finish, remodel or addition will need to go through the review process
• Photos of ice and water barrier and house wrap must be emailed or dropped off at City Hall before roof and siding projects can be inspected.
• Windows or doors installed in new or altered openings require a framing inspection.
