  • Planning for the city’s long-term growth and development.
  • Information to protect homes and natural areas from flooding and wetlands.
  • Advising city leaders on development decisions.
  • Guiding new development projects through the review process.

Zoning Letter

If you require further zoning information for a property, please submit a request for a zoning letter. Requests can be made and tracked online with a fee of $75. You’re able to request for multiple, related/contiguous parcels on the same letter/fee (for example, an apartment complex).Letters can take up to 15 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the request.
