• A licensed electrician who is contracted to do the work or homeowners who own and occupy a residential property.

Online Application

Licensed contractors and homeowners (who occupy the home) can apply online for electrical permits, including, but not limited to:

• New construction
• Wire Furnace and Air Conditioning
• Minor Electrical Work
• Wiring of Additions or Remodel
• Subpanel Upgrade
• Pool/Hot Tub Bond
